We will be in consistent contact with you prior to and during your stay at any of our properties, so that your personal concierge can begin arranging and coordinating services or special requests you may have.
Pre Arrival
Our aim is that you completely enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive. Our pre-arrival services will help you save valuable time and energy by having your requests already sought for and ready at your arrival. Let us know a week or more before your arrival what you need or desire to make your stay with us as exceptional as we would like it to be for you.
Food Provisioning
Allow us to stock your vacation home with your favourite foods. We’ll select the best seasonal fruits, local vegetables, Mykonian cheeses and breads, the freshest meats and local seafood. Just send us a shopping list a week before your arrival.
Floral Arrangements
If you would like flora for your villa or a centrepiece for your table with your favourite flowers, please let us know. From lovely formal arrangements, or a colourful bouquet of Mykonian, seasonal flowers, we can select and deliver a stunning arrangement sure to delight you.
Stocking Of The Wine Cellar With Excellent Local And International Wines
Be prepared for entertaining yourselves and guests by sampling regional or international wines of limited production, already stocked by us in your cellar. Tell us your favourite varieties and our wine concierge will select outstanding wines tailored to your taste. Wine or champagne can be delivered to your villa on request.
Transportation And Unpacking Of Luggage
Luggage can be pre shipped to Mykonos Property Management and we will unpack it for you so your room is completely ready prior to your arrival. Alternatively, our maid can also assist you with unpacking your luggage when you arrive in Mykonos.
On Arrival
Meet & Greet/Transfers
You will be personally met by our concierge at the airport who will escort you to the villa. An assistant will be present to help you with your luggage. Car rentals can also be delivered to the airport for your pick up if you so wish.
Welcome to the Villa
The Villa caretakers will welcome you on arrival to your villa and show you how to operate any household systems, fixtures or fittings.
Extra maid service
In most of our Villas maid service is included in the rental cost. However, if one maid is not sufficient for your needs we can provide others for you.
Restaurant Reservations
Whether you are looking to book a large reservation for 10 or more people at a top restaurant, or are looking to surprise a loved one with a romantic dinner for 2, then let us make the reservation for you. Our concierges are well known at all of the top gourmet restaurants on the island. Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice will be required for this service.
Grocery Shopping Assistance/ Event Management
We are here to help you arrange anything from a fantastic BBQ to a simple evening at the villa with your family or friends. Delicious meals, delectable wines and delicatessen groceries can be delivered right to your villa or boat. Any other needs you may have from the supermarket can be met by just a phone call to us, assisting you to avoid supermarkets completely. (Please note that as all meals are prepared from fresh local produce, a minimum 24 hours notice will be required for this service)
Local Chefs
This service is generally provided by excellent local cooks who are skilled in preparing traditional & regional dishes. Whether you would like tasty Greek food or international gourmet cuisine we have the chef for you.
Childcare
Whenever you need a little personal time, we have English speaking professional babysitters and nannies available on call, to help you take care of your children.
Private Wine Tasting
Situated high on a hilltop with a 180 degree view of the Aegean Ocean, opposite Delos in the beautiful area of Kanalia, is Dionysus Castle, Mykonos’ secret and exclusive wine tasting haven. The Sommelier shares his knowledge of the finest quality Italian & international wines. Guests can also enjoy superb and unforgettable private dinners. If you wish to visit Dionysus Castle, it would be our pleasure to organize it for you.

Helicopter Transfer
Executive helicopter transfers are available between Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Paros airports. If your villa grounds have a helipad, the helicopter will take you directly to your destination.

Charter a yacht with a group of friends or with your family and feel the joy of sailing around Mykonos, Delos and the surrounding islands. Discover hidden caves and deserted beaches where the waters are crystal clear. From morning to sunset, your trip can reach Paros, Naxos, Tinos or even Santorini.

At your request we can arrange an all day excursion, or rides for any amount of time over an hour, to beautiful secluded locations in Mykonos.
