We strongly recommend that one of our management team meets with you or your representative at the property and conducts a free, no obligation survey, in order to fully establish both your needs and the requirements of your property. From this we will be able to determine the total amount of hours required to service the property in each of the cleaning and maintenance areas, and to prepare a comprehensive quotation.
Included in our annual property management package is a weekly inspection of the property in order to ensure that it is secure; that water, gas and electricity supplies are functioning; and that the pool and garden are in good order. Particular attention will be given to any possible water damage/leakage, humidity levels, the condition of interior furnishings and detection of any vermin.
Quite simply, no job is too small or too large for our maintenance team effecting daily work such as changing light bulbs or unclogging blocked drains, to refurbishment of bathrooms or kitchens, retailing of terraces and complete property renovation. We will responsibly see through any building projects to your satisfaction.
